Kids and Teens
Being a Kid, Tween, or Teen is difficult. Navigating life has its challenges; ask any adult. It’s common for children and teens to become frustrated, stressed, and anxious, even about everyday stuff like homework, extracurriculars, screen time, bedtime, increasing academic demands, or expectation changes. Even though many times kids are simply dealing with ordinary issues of growing up, behavior and reactions may go beyond what’s expected or appropriate and gets in the way of needs, wants, social and family dynamics. This is a sign that your kid, tween, or teen feels stressed or overwhelmed.
Our goal is to empower kids and teens to handle stress and thrive in everyday life.
